bd101 Terms & Conditions

The following words are used with specific meanings throughout these Terms:

• "Platform" — refers to bd101's website, mobile site, and all of its services.
• "User" or "You" — any person who has registered on bd101 or is using the platform.
• "We" or "bd101" — the organisation that operates the platform.
• "Account" — a user's registered profile on the platform.
• "Balance" — the total amount of funds held in a user's account.

3.1 Account Security

3.3 Updating Your Information

4.1 Deposit Rules

We currently support bKash, Nagad, and Rocket for depositing funds into bd101. Deposits via any other method are not accepted.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (for each method).
• No fees apply to deposits — however, the payment provider's own charges may apply.
• Deposited funds are generally credited to your account within a few minutes.
• Deposits must come only from a payment method registered in your own name.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawals generally take between 10 and 45 minutes to process. The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• If a bonus is active, withdrawals may be restricted until the bonus wagering requirement has been met.
• Large withdrawals may be held until identity verification is completed.
• bd101 may investigate any withdrawal request if money laundering or fraud is suspected.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

bd101 offers new players a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,500 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,500.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

A 15x wagering requirement applies to all bonuses. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the sum of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 15 = ৳22,500 must be wagered before funds earned from the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• The specific rules for each bonus are published separately by bd101.
• A new bonus cannot be claimed while another bonus is already active.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they can only be used for placing bets.
• If a user is found to be playing solely to take advantage of bonuses, bd101 reserves the right to cancel that bonus.
• bd101 reserves the right to change the terms of any promotion or cancel it at any time.

The individual rules of each game apply when playing on bd101. The general gaming rules are as follows:

• The outcome of every bet is determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which is fair and impartial.
• If a round is cancelled due to a technical error, the bet amount for that round will be refunded.
• If your internet connection is lost, the game in progress will be saved in its current state.
• If you have a dispute about the result of any game, you must notify the support team within 24 hours.
• The rules of each game provider also apply — Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, and other providers set all the rules for their own games.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bd101:

• Engaging in fraud, deception, or any form of illegal activity.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts.

• Using automated bots or scripts to play games.
• Threatening or abusive behaviour towards other players or bd101 staff.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Operating an account using another person's identity.

If evidence of any of the above prohibited activities is found, bd101 will immediately close the relevant account and reserves the right to forfeit all funds held in that account. Legal action may also be taken if necessary.

10.1 Account Closure by bd101

• Failure to complete identity verification.
• Misconduct towards other users or staff.
• Direction from an authority or court.

10.2 Account Closure by the User

If you wish to close your account yourself, notify the support team in writing. Before the account is closed, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw any legitimate funds remaining in your balance. However, special rules may apply to active bonuses.

• Disruption to your gaming experience caused by loss of internet connection, power outages, or any other technical issue.
